I’ll do the thinking for you, so you can have peace of mind knowing your menu serves your goals and will taste good too. Also, the menu, recipes, tips, and shopping lists are yours to keep, so if you rotate through, you are equipped to not think about dinner for months!
Weekly Meal Plan + Prep – $625 per week
You don’t have to think about what’s for dinner OR spend time washing, chopping, measuring, portioning, etc. I’ll take care of all the prep work (and most of the dishes) so all you have to do for a freshly cooked dinner is throw it in the oven, a pan, or crockpot.
Weekly Meal Plan + DIY Prep Game Plan – $450 per week
Want to have the benefits of the Weekly Meal Plan + Prep but don’t want to pay me as much? I’ll send you instructions for how to smoothly and efficiently prepare your ingredients for the week in one session, so you can do it yourself but without having to think through the logistics.
